Save the date!

Only one week to go until the next edition of GDS takes place in the familiar format one more time from March 12 to 14, 2014, before it moves forward to offer a sneak peek at the season as a kick-off event in July 2014. More than 800 exhibitors from more than 30 countries will present current footwear fashion for the 2014/15 Autumn/Winter season. The sourcing fair GLOBAL SHOES begins one day before GDS – from March 11 to 14, approximately 270 exhibitors will show their collections at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre.

New dates – new concepts!

GDS – THE NEW STARTS NOW

On July 30 it is finally happening: GDS is repositioning itself and will be the “Global Destination for Shoes & Accessories”. At the same time it will have a totally new format and new dates. The declared goal is to give retailers an international kick-off event that provides direction and an overview of all the important collections and trends of the season.

tag it! – NEW TRADE FAIR FORMAT FOR PRIVATE LABEL MANUFACTURERS OF FOOTWEAR AND ACCESSORIES

Coinciding with the renewed presentation of GDS in July 2014 a new trade fair format will be launched: “tag it!” by GDS –“the Show for Private Labels in Shoes and Accessories” – will be running from July 29 to August 1, 2014. The new trade fair format is aimed at international manufacturers and retailers of footwear and accessories with the focus on private label production.
